Li Jiajun, born in October 1983,isa member of Communist Party of China. Heobtained his master’s degree in Project ManagementMajorfrom Qingdao University in 2018 and is an associate senior professional title holder. He is currently the Party General Branch Secretary of the Technician Department at his college. Since his employment in 2006, he has been honored as an excellent school counselor for 13 years in a row and has received multiple accolades, including“Four Principles and Four Requirements”exemplary party member and outstanding party work contributor. In 2008, he was designated as the“Earthquake Relief Advanced Individual”by his institution. In 2012, he earned the titles of“Outstanding Counselorof 4thShandong Universities”and“First College Top Ten Moral Models”.In 2016, he secured the second prize in the inaugural Shandong Vocational College Counselor Professional Ability Competition and was recognized as“Third College Top Ten Teachers with Excellent Ethics”.In 2020, he was acknowledged as an“Outstanding Instructor for the First National Skills Competition Shandong Province Selection”and garnered the third prize for excellent work cases among college counselors in the province.In 2021, he was honored as a“Youth Theory Learning Advanced Individual”by the Shandong Human Resources and Social Security Department.In his professional tenure, Li Jiajun has been instrumental in achieving the status of one of the first batch of Party building model branches recognized by the Ministry of Education and in nurturing the Party building benchmark departments in Shandong Province. Regarding academic research, he haspublishedover 10papers,presiding and participating inthe compilation of 6 textbooks.He hasbeen involved in more than 10 educational and research projects spanning various levels. He has secured 1 invention patent, 19 software copyrights, and 1 utility model patent. Additionally, he contributed to the formulation of the national skill talent training integrated curriculum standards for the computer application and maintenance major by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.With 1 item winning1 first prize and 2items winningsecond prizes for teaching achievements in Shandong Province,he also obtained1 second prize and 1 third prize for outstanding scientific research achievements in human resources and social security in Shandong Province.
