Deeds Material of Ma Teng in Business Administration Department

Ma Teng, born in January 1987, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He is an intermediate professional title holder who graduated from the Marketing Major at Jinan University Quancheng College in 2012. Serving as the Director of the Student Affairs Office at Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College, he has accomplished the following notable deeds:

1.In May 2023, Ma Teng secured theSilver Medal in the first-ever National Career Planning Competition for College Students.

2. In May 2023, Ma Teng secured the Special Prize at the 18th “Challenge Cup” Construction Bank Shandong Province University Students’ Extracurricular Academic Science and Technology Competition.

3. In April 2023, Ma Teng was recognized by the Shandong Human Resources and Social Security Department with the prestigious title of “Shandong Province Skilled Technician” for the year 2022.

4. Ma Teng has consistently been awarded the Second Prize in the “Stories of the Dormitory” thematic series of activities for three consecutive years, from 2021 to 2023, among the universities in Shandong Province.

5.The Third Prize for the 2022 Outstanding Psychological Counseling Case in the Shandong Province Technical College Mental Health Education Theme Activity was awarded to Ma Teng in September 2022 for his work titledStudent Emergency Incidents: The Psychological Counseling Case of Fighting and Brawling - A Graduate's Last Lesson.

6.The Third Prize for the Provincial Excellent Case of Ideological and Political Work and the Excellent Case of Counselor Work in Colleges and Universities was awarded to Ma Teng in December 2021 for his submissionEmpathetic Care to Unlock Hearts - The Slow Transformation of a “Bad Student”within the category of Excellent Counselor Work Cases.

Research Achievements: Ma Teng has been involved in initiating 1 project under the Ministry of Education’s Supply-Demand Docking Employment Education Project and has participated in another. He has also presidedoverthe college’s research topicResearch on the Cultivation and Construction of Maker Culture in Vocational Colleges under the Background of the New Era. In 2020, he contributed to the Shandong Province Education Science Planning Project “Research on the Prevention and Control Strategies for Acute Infectious Diseases in Colleges and Universities Based on Cloud Platform”. The same year, he engaged in the Shandong Province Education Science Planning “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” project “Research on the Cultivation Path of Labor Spirit in College Students in the New Era”. Additionally in 2020, Ma Teng participated in the Shandong Province Social Science Planning Research Youth Project, “Strategic Investors, Corporate Governance, and Innovation Research on Mixed-Ownership Reform Enterprises in Shandong Province”.
