The Dean of the college, Zhao Yaopei, led a team to Shandong Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Yingxuan Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. for inspection, research, and enterprise visits to expand job opportunities on October 24th. Besides, they also visited Shandong Changle Technician College for exchange and communication.Among them, accompanying the tour and research were Deputy County Governor Guo Xuemei of Changle County, Deputy Director Wang Xuping of the Changle County Civil Affairs Bureau, as well as the heads of the Intelligent Manufacturing Department and the Electrical and Automation Department of the college.

Zhao Yaopei and histeam first embarked on an inspection and research visit to Shandong Mining Machinery Group Co., Ltd., where they held a symposium with Zhao Duxue, the Corporate General Counsel, and Zhang Chun, the General Manager. Both the college and the enterprise engaged in thorough discussions regarding the enterprise’s demands for fostering highly skilled talents, as well as the characteristics and evolving trends of industrial technologies. They exchanged views on strengthening cooperation in various aspects, including discipline development, curriculum design, textbook compilation, internships and practical training, technical services, and overseas expansion, with the aim of establishing a healthy and sustainable mechanism for joint construction and sharing.Therefore, apreliminary consensuscould be reached.In addition,Zhao’steam also toured the enterprise’s production workshops,andgained a deeper understanding of the production status, technical features, development trends, and corporate culture of the enterprise’s flagship products, such as its complete sets of coal mining equipment and intelligent manufacturing of industrial robots, through their on-site explorations.

Furthermore,Zhao Yaopei and histeam visited the production workshops of Yingxuan Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. Through their on-site exploration, theyalsogained a deeper understanding of the production status, technical characteristics, development trends, and corporate culture of the enterprise’s flagship products, including construction machinery and agricultural machinery.
