Alumnus Bai Yongliang, from the Class of 1985, is currently engaged in mechanical maintenanceand equipment management at Rizhao Port. He obtained technician qualification in 2004 and was awarded the title of "Chief Technician" of Rizhao City in 2005. In March 2006, he was honored with the prestigious title of "Chief Technician of Shandong Province" by the Shandong Provincial People's Government, along with 100 other individuals including Xu Zhenchao. This recognition also entitled him tothe provincialgovernment allowance and inclusion in the high-level talentpoolof Shandong Province.
