He is responsible for admissions and employment, innovation and entrepreneurship, logistics, and infrastructure. He supervises the Admissions and Employment Office, the General Affairs Office, the Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Guidance Center, and the Infrastructure Office. He liaises with the Department of Automotive Engineering. He assists the Dean in supervising the Financial and Asset Office. He handles tasks assigned by the senior leaders of the college.
