He is responsible for overall coordination, research planning, student management, safety and stability, the Communist Youth League, educational management supervision, the Academic Committee, and the Association for Science and Technology. He supervises the Party Committee (Dean) Office, the Student Affairs Office (Youth League Committee), the Research Planning Office, and the Security Office. He liaises with the Department of Labor Economics. He assists the Dean in supervising the Personnel Office and handles tasks assigned by the senior leaders of the college.
