He is responsible for technical education (including teaching, research, practical training, admissions, and student management), adult education, training and certification, the operation and management of the provincial public training base, and the management of the Huaiyin campus. He supervises the Academic Affairs Office (related to technical education), the Continuing Education Center, and the Technician Department. He handles tasks assigned by the senior leaders of the college.
