From May 12 to 17, Zhang Lifang, a member of the Party Committee andAssociate Dean of theCollege, led a delegation to Thailand and Cambodia for exchange and visits. On behalf of the college, she signed a joint construction agreement with Himile Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Thailand N-Tech Education Group, and Thailand Lancang-Mekong Group to establish the “Ban·Mo College” andalso signed acooperationmemorandum on “Chinese + Vocationalskills” with Preah Vihear University in Cambodia, Samdech Hun Sen-ROTA Khsach Kandal Basic Education and Technology High School in Cambodia, Tianyi Hotel Group, and Huanhai Bolai Investment Co., Ltd. Shang Xuqiang, Director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Department of theCollege, Yin Sibei, Director of the Electrical and Automation Department, and Chen Jing, Director of the Information Engineering Department, visited and participated in relevant activities with the delegation.

On May 13,the delegationled by Zhang Lifangvisited the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Khon Kaen. Consul GeneralinKhon Kaen introduced to Zhang Lifang the development of vocational education, industry talent demand, and Chinese language education in Khon Kaen of Thailand. In addition, Zhang Lifang introduced the progress of the joint construction of “Thailand Khon Kaen College of theShandong Labor Vocational and Technical College” and “Shandong Office ofThailand China International Chinese Talent Training Center” between theCollege andNakhon Panom University.


In the afternoon, Zhang Lifang, on behalf of theCollege, signed a cooperation agreement with Himile Group (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Thailand N-Tech Education Group to jointly build the “Ban•Mo College”. The Deputy Director (Acting Director) of the Education Department in Khon Kaen, Thailand, the Dean of the ConfuciusCollege of Khon Kaen University, the Dean and Professor of Northeastern University in Thailand, the Chairman of Khon Kaen Vocational Education Alliance, the Chairman of Kalasin Vocational Education Alliance, andteachersrepresentatives from Khon Kaen Third Middle School and Khon Kaen Primary School attended the event together. The Deputy Director (Acting Director) of the Education Department of Khon Kaen, Thailand unveiled the plaque for theThailanKhon Kaen College of Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College.

On May 14, Zhang Lifang, on behalf of theCollege, signed a cooperation agreement with Thailand Lancang-Mekong Group and Thailand N-Tech Education Group to jointly build the “Ban·Mo College”, and conducted on-site research on the teaching facilities of Thailand N-Tech Education Group. In the afternoon,the delegation led byZhang Lifang visitedNakhon Panom University and met with President TAWADCHAISUPPADIT to hold seminars on professional development, talent cultivation, and resource sharing.

On May 15,the delegation led byZhang Lifang visited the Ministry of Education of Thailand and met with ATTHAPHONSANGKHUASEE, Secretary General of the Education Commission, tolearn about the development and current situation of vocational education in Thailand and the international cooperation policies of vocational education between China and Thailand.Inaddition,a symposium on the construction and planning of the Thailand Khon Kaen Collegeprogram and the “Ban·Mo College” established by Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College, Nakhon Phanom University and Lancang-Mekong Group was held, in which the advantages of the vocational education and technical education majors, international faculty, and traditional cultural researchof the Collegewere introduced in detail.
On May 16, the delegation led byZhang Lifang visited Tianyi Hotel GroupinCambodia and held a symposium with Tianyi Hotel Group, Huanhai Bolai Investment Co., Ltd., and Hong Kong Huazhang Investment Company.In the symposium, acooperationmemorandum in the field of “Chinese + Vocational skills” was signed with Tianyi Hotel Group and Huanhai Bolai Investment Co., Ltd.


On May 17,the delegation led byZhang Lifang met with the Deputy Secretary of State for Education, Youth and Sports of Cambodia, Putt Samis, and exchanged views on the implementation of the “Chinese + Vocationalskills” trainingprogramand teacher-student exchangeprogram between China and Cambodia.Meanwhile, the delegation also visited the Samdech Hun Sen-ROTA Khsach Kandal Basic Education and Technology High School and signed acooperationmemorandum in the field of “Chinese + Vocational skills” with the Samdech Hun Sen-ROTA Khsach Kandal Basic Education and Technology High School in Cambodia. In the afternoon, the delegationled by Zhang Lifang visitedthe Preah Vihear University in Cambodia and met with the President to sign acooperationmemorandum in the field of “Chinese + Vocational skills”.

Through this overseas exchange activity, the connection between theCollege and theEducationDepartments, institutions, and enterprisesin Thailand and Cambodia has been strengthened, laying a solid foundation for further cooperation.
