Continuing the traditionmodelof the “integrationof factory and college”, theCollege extendedthe domestic industry education integration model overseas to leverage the advantages of high-skilled talent cultivation and vocational skillassessment, and deepen its experience in joint talent training with HimileGroup for more than ten years in China. In addition, theCollege and Thailand N-TECH Education Group jointly built the ThailandBan·Mo College (Himile), which deeply integrates industry and education. Guided by the demand for scarce talent in local mold manufacturing in Thailand, Himile Group, a chain owner enterprise serving Shandong Province, theCollege continuously responded to and assistedtheoverseas layoutofHimileGroupin 8 countries including Cambodia, Laos, and Mexico, radiating services to upstream and downstream enterprises and commercial Chinese funded enterprises in overseas regionsthrough platform building, skill enhancement, and cultural immersion, theCollege established a “five in one” vocational education innovation model that includes skill training, vocational skillassessmentand promotion, academic education, and internship employment.By assisting enterprises in localizing their overseas operations and management, as well as enhancing the employment capabilities of local residents, new models and paths for education withindustryand industry education collaborationwereexplored.
