Wang Qiping, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1973, is a student majoring in Mechanical Assembly and Repair in the High Technology Department ofShandong Labor Vocational and Technical College. He obtained the Level 8 Fitter Certificate in 1992 with the highest score in the professional examination.

After graduation,Wangwas assigned to work as an internship guidance teacher at the Zaozhuang Labor Bureau Technical School. Currently,he works asa senior internship guidance teacher at Zaozhuang Vocational College. For over 20 years of teaching, he has made vocational education his lifelong career, diligently studying and practicing in the field of fitter teaching, leading by example, and cultivating and influencing batches of young students with noble ethics and excellent skills. He focuses on cultivating students' confidence, inspiring them with his own learningexperiences, and making them passionate abouttheir majors. He summarized the teaching method of "three inspections and six diligence", integrating theory, production technology, skills and experience into teaching, guiding students to complete production internships with high quality. His students have excellent academic performance, with a pass rate of 100% in vocational qualification assessments over the years, and have received high praise from employers.

In 2005,Wangwon the first place in the final of the fitter group of the Zaozhuang Workers' Vocational Skills Competition and was awarded the title of Senior Technician. In 2006, he won the first place in the fitter group of the second Shandong Province Workers' Vocational Skills Competition, was awarded second class merit by the Communist Party of China Zaozhuang Municipal Committee and Zaozhuang Municipal Government, and was awarded the "Revitalization Zaozhuang Merit Medal". In 2007, during the "Labor Star" fitter competition in Shandong Province, his superb skill of "visual key matching" amazed the judges and he won first place. In 2008, he was appointed as the “Chief Technicianof Zaozhuang Vocational College”. In 2009, he was awarded the "National May Day Labor Medal". In 2010, he was awarded the title of "Chief Technician of Shandong Province". Since 2015, he has been entitled to the special allowance of being awarded the title of "Chief Technician of Zaozhuang City" by the State Council.

Wang Qiping has also won a series of honors such as "National Technical Expert", "Shandong Young Technical Expert", "Shandong Province Labor Medal for Enriching People and Revitalizing Shandong Province", "ZaozhuangModelWorker", and has become one of the top ten young technicians inShandongprovince, the youngest YoungTechnicalTalentatZaozhuang Vocational College and even inZaozhuang.
