Xiao Haiwen, born in February 1985, is a member of the Communist Party of China.She graduated in 2017 from Shandong University of Art and Design with a major in Art Design.She is an associate professor and a part-time research fellow at the ShandongProvincial Institute of EducationSciences.In 2020,she won firstprizein the National Vocational Colleges Teaching Ability Competition and served as the team leader. In 2021,she was named an Outstanding Communist Party Member of Shandong Provincial Government Agencies and anAdvanced Individual of Shandong Vocational Colleges. In 2022,she was granted approval to lead a National Online Open Course. In 2023,she was recognized as a Shandong Provincial Teaching Master and was awarded approval to lead a national“14thFive-Year Plan” textbook.In 2023,she was approved to lead the Shandong Provincial Vocational Education Teaching Innovation Team.From 2021 to 2023,she successfully initiated and completed two Shandong Provincial Education and Teaching Research programs as the lead. In 2024,she was granted approval for a project under the Humanities and Social Sciences Youth FundofMinistry of Education and was named the lead for the program.Sheobtainedapproval for First-class Core CoursesofShandong Province and High-quality Textbooks,both of whichshe led.Between 2018 and 2024,she published 3 papers in core journalsofPeking University and 3 papersatnationallevel. In 2024,she was admitted to the doctoral program at Qufu Normal University.She wasinvited by 376 vocational collegesin Chinaas an expert to conduct digital literacy training for teachers. Since 2021,she has held 129 lectures acrossChinaon topics such as “Curriculum, Textbooks, and Teaching” comprehensive professional competency improvement for teachers, and enhancing digital literacy.
