Song Mingxue, born in October 1972, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated in 1994 from TianjinUniversity of Technology and Educationwith a major in Computer Applications. He is a professor and senior technician, as well as a dual-qualified and key full-time teacher at the college.

Majorachievements: In 2014, he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Instructor” at the National Vocational Colleges Skills Competition and the titleof“Excellent Teacher” in Shandong Province. In 2015, heobtainedthe “Dazhong Newspaper Cup” Nomination Award for Top Ten Model TeachersinShandong, the titleof“Outstanding Contribution Technician” from Jinan City, and the awardof“First Teaching Master” from Jinan City. In 2016, he was honored with the title of “Technician with Outstanding Contributions” at the 5^thShandong Province Technician Awards and recognized as an “Outstanding Instructor” at the 44^thSkills Competition Shandong Provincial Selection. In 2020, he was awarded the title of Quancheng Chief Technician.In 2021, heobtainedthe title of Outstanding Communist Party Member in the Shandong Provincial Education System.
