Pan Qiang was born in May 1982. His politics status is the masses. He graduated in 2004 from Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College with a major in Mechanical Manufacturing Processes and Equipment. He holds an intermediate professional title. Currently, he serves as a full-time teacher at the college. His major achievements and awards are as follows (listed in chronological order): In 2012, he was awarded the title of Shandong Province Technical Expert. In 2013, he obtained the Shandong Province Fumin Xinglu Labor Medal. In 2014, he was recognized as “Shandong Province Chief Technician”. Over his teaching career spanning more than a decade, he has completed the teaching tasks assigned by the college as required. He guided students in various skills competitions, helping them achieve excellent results.
