Feng Chong, born in May 1987, is a member of the Communist Party of China. She earned her master’s degree in Design and Art Studies from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2012and her Ph.D. in Philosophy (Education), specializing in Art, from the University of Perpetual Help System Dalta in 2024. She is an associate professor and currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Modern Urban Department at the college.In 2023, she was awarded the “National May 1st Labor Medal,” “National Technical Expert,” “Technical ExpertofShandong Province,” and “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Provincial Organs in Shandong Province.” In 2020, she received the title of “Outstanding Technical Expert of Jinan City,” and in 2018, she was recognized as an “Outstanding Mentor in the Shandong Provincial Selection for the 45th WorldSkills Competition.”In 2023, she won the championship in the Packaging Designer (Employee Group) category at the 2nd National Industrial Design Skills Competition. In 2021, she earned second place in the Shandong Provincial Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition, and in 2020, she secured second place in the 2nd Professional Ability CompetitionofProvincial Vocational Skills School Teachers. In 2018, she was awarded second place in the 5th Shandong Chaoxing CupofTeaching CompetitionforYoung Teachersin universities.She presided over and participated inprograms such asResearch and Practice on the Cultivation System of Professional Basic Competencies for Next-Generation IT TalentandInterior Color Design. Her achievements include one Second Prize in the Shandong Provincial Teaching Achievement Awards, one First Prize in the Humanities and Social Sciences Excellence AwardsofShandongUniversities, and First and Second Prizes in the Outstanding Research Achievement Awards from the China Association of Staff and Workers Education and Vocational Training.As a key team member, she contributed to the completion of5provincial-level research projects and published4international papers. She also participated in the development of a national teaching resource database and the establishment of a Shandong Province Vocational Education Skills Inheritance and Innovation Platform.
