Wang Fang, born in June 1967, graduated in 1989 from Shandong Polytechnic Universitywith a bachelor’s degree in Welding Technology and Equipment. In 2004, she graduated from Shandong University with a master’s degree in Materials Processing Engineering. She was appointed as a professor in 2010 and promoted to a level-3 professor in 2021.

She has been working at Shandong Labor Vocational and Technical College since 1989. Over the years, she has served as a professional teacher for 13 years, director of the Basic Department for 4 years, director of the Asset Management Office for 2 years, dean of the Academic Affairs Office for 9 years, and director of the Research and Planning Office for 7 years.
